Kip Holdings, LLC grew from an unexpected opportunity and a career built on adaptability, problem-solving, and enablement. With more than 30 years of experience spanning organizational development, training, operations, technology, healthcare, finance, and manufacturing, Shelly Emery became someone organizations relied on to solve complex challenges and move work forward.

 

While volunteering alongside a law enforcement officer, Shelly was asked to build a website for what would become P3 Training Group. As the project evolved, she identified opportunities to strengthen the business and was invited to become an owner. What began as a website project quickly expanded as Shelly applied her experience to the company’s operations, programs, technology, and strategic direction. As the original partners gradually pursued other paths, Shelly became the sole owner of P3, which continues as a distinct brand focused on safety, preparedness, and awareness training.

Over time, clients began requesting services that extended beyond P3’s specialized mission. Building on more than 15 years of experience through Emery Tech Consulting, Shelly created Emetras Consulting to continue providing technology consulting while expanding into education, enablement, and organizational support.

 

Kip Holdings was established as the home for Emetras and future ventures, united by a practical commitment to helping organizations work smarter, build stronger teams, and create lasting impact.
